When booking an eyebrow tint or a lash tinting service you will need to book in for a patch test at least 24 hours prior to your appointment. This test takes less than 5 mintues. There is a patch test option on the booking system. This MUST be carried out regardless of whether you`ve had preious tinting services elesewhere. No test NO tint, NO EXCEPTIONS. Due to COVID ALL tinting clients will be required to be retested when we return.


I ONLY take appointments via the online booking system or over the phone. If you DM me via my social media you will automatically be redirected to the website and my online booking system where you can book 24/7



Your booking will not be confirmed until we have had a chance to check the timings are correct for the service required.


Confirmation of your appointment will be sent to you via email using the details provided at the time of booking, so please check these are correct.


An automated text & email reminder will be sent to the number and email address provided by the client 48 hours prior to their appointment.


Your appointments and well-being are very important to us. If you need to cancel your appointment, we respectfully request at least 24 hours notice. Any cancellation or reschedule made less than 24 hours prior to your appointment will result in a cancellation fee. The amount of the fee will be equal to 100% of the reserved services. cancellation fee will apply. Cancellation fees will be charged to your card on file.


Waxx does not extend service times or issue price adjustments due to late arrival. Failure to arrive on time may lead to service alterations. If you are more than 10 minutes late for your service, we will NOT be able to accommodate you. In this case FULL appointment fee will be charged to the card on file.


Full payment MUST be made at the end of the appointment or in FULL prior to your appointment via the online booking system. Failure to do so is Fraud by misrepresentation and your details will be passed onto the police


Waxx will NOT issue price adjustments or refunds for change of mind. The client must pay for theservices that they booked.


Waxx retains the right to refuse service at any time, for any reason, including but not limited to frequent cancellations, lateness, improper conduct, failure to comply with the policies of the business.
