Lisa – Head Honcho & Wax Specialist Extraordinaire
With 18 years in the industry, Lisa is the founder of Waxx Norwich and the brains (and hands) behind it all. She’s a multi award-winning waxer, salon owner and waxing trainer, with a serious passion for helping clients feel confident, comfortable, and completely at ease.
Outside of the treatment room, you’ll find Lisa headbanging to 80s rock and metal (probably in a field with beer in hand singing loudly out of tune), chatting about the moon, crystals and the ocean, or getting fully immersed in anything a little woo woo. If it’s mystical, magical or a bit out there she’s already there, front row.

Vita — Waxing Therapist
Vita joins us all the way from Ukraine, bringing over 8 years of experience, having previously run her own waxing studio back home. She has a wicked, dry sense of humour that keeps the team (and clients) on their toes.
When she’s not in the treatment room, Vita loves to travel and can often be found soaking up the coast whenever she gets the chance.

Charleigh — Waxing Therapist
Charleigh brings warmth, care and real attention to detail to every appointment. Outside of the treatment room, she’s usually got a paintbrush or a craft project on the go. Watercolours, cardmaking and baking are all firm favourites. She’s also a serious vinyl collector with over 200 records and counting!
Charleigh is a mum of three gorgeous boys and soon to be a wife to Will, so if you spot her glowing a little extra lately, that’ll be why.

Molly is a cat mum to my naughty ginger boy Leo. When she’s not being bossed around by him, you’ll find her snuggled on the sofa building Lego or out adventuring in the woods, at the beach or on the water.
She is a self proclaimed, fellow hairy girl with the world’s most sensitive skin, she knows exactly how tricky that combination can be. She just wants to help people feel beautiful, comfortable, and confident in their own skin.
